Energy Conservation Research and Development Center (ENERTEAM) was officially created in 1999, with technical assistance from ADEME (France) since 1995. It is a consulting firm actively engaged in addressing various aspects of energy and environmental related issues and challenges.ENERTEAM has presently 22 full-time staffs, 17 of which are competent energy and environment engineers, architects. Since its establishment, ENERTEAM has been providing sustainable energy, enviro ment services in building and industrial sectors to various organizations on its own or/and in collaboration with international consulting firms: Local and central Government in Viet Nam, ADB, ADEME, European Commission, IFC, UNDP, WB, etc.

Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME)

ADEME is a French Public Agency under the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Sea & the Ministry of Research. ADEME’s focus is in 3 key domains: Sustainable Cities and Territories, Sustainable Production and Energies, and Circular economy and Waste. ADEME has about 1,000 staff who are engaged in the following activities: (a) Developing expertise and knowledge, (b) Advising on policies and measures for government, companies and local authorities and developing tools for companies and local authorities, (c) Changing behaviors through awareness campaigns and information for the general public, and (d) Supporting investments mainly in research and innovation for green technologies.
